The Walkers - Bluegrass & Western Swing
Après de longues années de pratiques musicales éclectiques chacun de leurs côtés, les membres du groupe « The Walkers » proposent depuis 2018, une musique mélodique, bondissante et polyphonique.
Ce projet musical a démarré sa chevauchée fantastique et musicale en 2015, à l'époque en solo initié par Matt, chanteur et guitariste. Après avoir joué le répertoire sur une multitude de scène, c'est en 2018 que s'étoffe le groupe avec l'arrivée de Rob à la guitare, Chris à la contrebasse et Yvan au Banjo.
De génération différente, ses membres se connaissent depuis de nombreuses années et tous ont grandi en se berçant des courants musicaux qui ont nourri leurs âmes de mélomanes, pour les amenés un beau jour à jouer ensemble.
« The Walkers » a aujourd'hui trouvé son identité sonore, construit son univers particulier sur des mélodies et sonorités dynamique et touchantes. Le spectateur auditeur est alors entrainé dans un voyage qui le transportera du Tennessee à l’Oregon, du Kentucky à la Louisiane.

This musical project started its fantastic and musical ride in 2015, at the time in solo initiated by Matt, singer and guitarist. After having played the repertoire on a multitude of stages, it is in 2018 that the band grows with the arrival of Rob on guitar, Chris on bass and Yvan to the banjo.
From different generations, its members have known each other for many years and all have grown up rocking musical currents that have fed their souls of music lovers, and have one day brought them to play together.
“The Walkers” has now found its sound identity, building its particular universe on dynamic and touching melodies and sounds. The spectator listener is then taken on a journey that will transport him from Tennessee to Oregon, from Kentucky to Louisiana.
